Are the extinguishers new or remanufactured ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our products are brand new, we do not resell remanufactured fire extinguishers. All fire extinguishers have a five-year life span if not discharged.<\/p>\n


\nAre the extinguishers in date?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, we don\u2019t hold stock more than a few months before being shipped! Which means our customers get 5 years of hassle free protection.<\/p>\n


\nWhat about shipping costs?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Free shipping over $300 to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Canberra or flat rate $15+GST for all purchased under $300.<\/p>\n

Free shipping over $500 to NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT.<\/p>\n

Free shipping over $1000 to WA, TAS, NT & SA.<\/p>\n

Regional areas are calculated upon check out..<\/p>\n

\nWhere can I pick them up?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fire Extinguishers Online are an online store only. If you need them in a hurry send us an email and we will expedite your order pending availability of freight services.\u00a0 Small orders can be sent on 3hr delivery (metro) at additional cost.<\/p>\n


\nWhat are the installation requirements for hanging an extinguisher?<\/strong>\"How-To-Install-A-Fire-Extinguisher-FAQ\"<\/a><\/p>\n

All extinguishers are required to be installed to AS2444 with the current version of the standard being released in 2001. See the attached diagram on the right to see the installation requirements for your fire extinguisher.<\/p>\n

Install your extinguisher bracket (yes, we provide a bracket with your new fire extinguisher) at 1200mm off the floor. Install your extinguisher type sign 200mm above your bracket and your extinguisher sign at or around 2000mm off the floor.<\/em><\/p>\n


\nWarranty, Warranty, Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our Extinguishers come with a five-year warranty! All other products come with 12 months warranty unless otherwise expressed in our product information sections.<\/p>\n


\nWhat to do with my old extinguishers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fire extinguishers are classified as dangerous goods and can\u2019t be disposed of in your general waste facility or your home wheelie bin.<\/p>\n

Your used extinguisher can be disposed of at one of your local chemical cleanout events. More information can be found at the links below.<\/p>\n
